The package still needs to be adopted by the Verkhovna Rada, but its advancement is linked to the requirements of the <strong data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"519\">IMF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccAn automatic international exchange of information on income received through digital platforms is introduced.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccPersonal income tax (PIT) for individuals on income from platforms &#8211; 5% (instead of 18%).<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccDigital platform operators become tax agents.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccIncome from the sale of goods through a platform up to 2,000 euros per year is not taxed.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccVAT for FOP: if income exceeds 4 million UAH\/year (85,000 euros) &#8211; mandatory registration from 1 January 2027.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccTaxation of purchases from abroad up to 150 euros. Small parcels up to 45 euros are exempt from VAT.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccPayment of the military levy continues for the period of martial law until the reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is completed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1004\">FOP (additionally):<\/strong><br data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1007\" \/><strong>Groups 1, 2, 4<\/strong> \u2014 about <strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1040\">10%<\/strong> of the minimum wage (\u2248 <strong data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1069\">850 UAH<\/strong>);<br data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1074\" \/>Group 3 \u2014 <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1092\">1%<\/strong> of income.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udcccThe law comes into force on 1 January 2027 for digital platforms and the international exchange of information.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1191\">The Ministry of Finance expects up to an additional <strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1190\">60 billion UAH per year<\/strong> from this bill. This is not yet law \u2014 the previous version was not supported by parliament.
