These include the monument to the proletarian poet <strong>Oleksii Hmyryov<\/strong> and the memorial known as <strong>\u201cMonument to the Fighters for Soviet Power\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The corresponding decision is \u0437\u0430\u043a\u0440\u0435\u043f\u043b\u0435\u043d\u043e by order No. 358, which was <a href=\"https:\/\/mincult.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/nakaz-vyluchennya-mykolayivska.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">published<\/a> by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>According to the document, the decision to remove these objects from the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine was adopted on March 13, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The monument to Oleksii Hmyryov is located in University Square at the intersection of Vadym Blahovisnyi Street and Artilleriyska Street.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-576700\" src=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/972928.jpg\" alt=\"Monument to Oleksii Hmyryov\" width=\"426\" height=\"307\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another monument is located at Admiralteiska Square in the park named after the 61 Communards. In official documents it was listed as the \u201cMonument to the Victims of Armed Conflicts of the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917\u20131921\u201d, although in the city it is known as the monument to the fighters for Soviet power.<\/p>\n<p>Both objects received the status of monuments of monumental art of local significance in 2019.
