First Deputy Mayor of Mykolaiv<\/strong>, Vitaliy Lukov, reported earnings of over 1<\/strong> million hryvnias for 2025<\/strong> and the right to live rent-free in an apartment in Mykolaiv<\/strong>; the information was published in the Unified State Register of Declarations.<\/p>\n

The official’s main income was salary at the Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv<\/strong> City Council \u2014 1 093 432<\/strong> hryvnias. Additionally, he received 3<\/strong> thousand hryvnias from the trade union committee of the city’s executive bodies and 9 348<\/strong> hryvnias classified as \u201cadditional benefits, including cashback, bonuses\u201d from the public organization “Ekoklub”.<\/p>\n

The declaration also records the official’s right to use housing free of charge: an apartment in Mykolaiv<\/strong> with an area of 58.2<\/strong> square meters.<\/p>\n

Among movable property, a passenger car \u2014 a 2012<\/strong> Nissan Note, purchased in 2016<\/strong> for 123<\/strong> thousand hryvnias \u2014 is listed, as well as a “Tourist” trailer from 1995<\/strong>, bought in 1995<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The wife’s property assets include a land plot of 10<\/strong> thousand square meters in the settlement of Kazanka<\/strong>, Mykolaiv<\/strong> region, with a right of permanent use granted in 1994<\/strong>. In 2023<\/strong> she also purchased in Mykolaiv<\/strong> a plot of 555<\/strong> square meters worth 19.5<\/strong> thousand hryvnias, and became the owner of a garden (dacha) house in Mykolaiv<\/strong> with an area of 29.7<\/strong> square meters, the purchase price of which was 123<\/strong> thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n

The wife’s income for the year consisted of salary at the communal non-profit enterprise “Voznesenska Multiprofile Hospital” of the Voznesensk<\/strong> City Council \u2014 443 711<\/strong> hryvnias, and payments for part-time work at the Voznesensk<\/strong> Geriatric Boarding House \u2014 58 501<\/strong> hryvnias.<\/p>\n

Cash savings of the family, according to the declaration, are: Vitaliy Lukov \u2014 320<\/strong> thousand hryvnias, his wife \u2014 220<\/strong> thousand hryvnias. The couple also have bank accounts, but the amounts on them are not specified.<\/p>\n
