class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">around <\/span><strong data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"705\"><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">06:<\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">30<\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">in the <\/span><strong data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"736\"><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">Khortytskyi <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">district <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of the city<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"1136\"><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">A patrol <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">police unit <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">arrived <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">in response <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">to a call <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">about an <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">attack on <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">a man. <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">At the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">scene <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">the complainant <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">pointed out <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">to the officers <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">two <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">people <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">who <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">could <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">have been <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">involved <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">in the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">crime. <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">While <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">establishing <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">the circumstances, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">one <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">men <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">began to <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">behave <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">aggressively, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">did not <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">comply with <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">the officers&#8217; <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">orders to <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">stop, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">and <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">took out <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">an object <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">resembling <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">a pistol. <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">According <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">to the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">police, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">he <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">began to <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">reload it <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">and <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">quickly <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">approach <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">the patrol officers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1388\"><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">The officer <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">retreated <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">to cover, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">but <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">the suspect <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">pursued <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">him, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">threatening <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">with the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">weapon. <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">Due <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">to a <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">real <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">threat to life, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">the police officer, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">acting under <\/span><strong data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1347\"><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">Article 46 <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of the Law <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of Ukraine \u201c<\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">On the National <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">Police\u201d<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">opened fire <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">and <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">fired <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">two <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">shots.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1558\"><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">After <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">this, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">one <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">attackers <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">fled. <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">The other <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">attempted to <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">use a <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">pepper spray <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">canister <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">against the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">patrol officers <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">and <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">offered <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">physical <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">resistance, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">so <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">he was <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">detained <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">using <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">handcuffs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1802\"><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">Shortly <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">after, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">near <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">the scene <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of the incident, <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">police <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">officers <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">found <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">one <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of the <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">attackers <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">without <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">signs <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of life. <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">The identity <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">of the deceased <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">was established \u2014 <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">he <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">turned out <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">to be <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">a serviceman <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">who had <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">left his <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">military unit <\/span><span class=\"BZ_Pyq_fadeIn\">without <\/span><span
