According to her, the sports ground is in an effectively emergency\/dilapidated condition, posing a threat to the children who play there every day.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"1299\">The appeal states that the pitch&#8217;s fence is significantly damaged: one of the metal sections has been torn out and lies on the ground, the gate has been ripped from its mounts, and individual metal bars and rebar protrude outward. All this can cause injuries to children who use the area to play football or simply for active recreation.
