As part of the latest stage of monitoring, which lasted from <strong data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"756\">02.03.2026<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"774\">06.03.2026<\/strong>, specialists analyzed photo reports of ready meals from <strong data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"836\">32<\/strong> general secondary education institutions in the city.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"180\">Based on the analysis of photo reports of ready meals in <strong data-start=\"51\" data-end=\"57\">27<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"65\" data-end=\"78\">Mykolaiv<\/strong> schools, specialists of the <strong data-start=\"87\" data-end=\"156\">Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection in Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong> identified the following violations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"292\"><strong data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"232\">Serving rules for ready meals are not followed<\/strong> \u2013 in <strong data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"243\" data-is-only-node=\"\">12<\/strong> institutions (some dishes are not served in portions);<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"469\"><strong data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"360\">Conditions for storage and transportation of ready meals are violated<\/strong> \u2013 in <strong data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"370\" data-is-only-node=\"\">7<\/strong> institutions (dishes with different storage requirements are transported and served together in lunch boxes);<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"624\"><strong data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"514\">The technology of preparing dishes is violated<\/strong> \u2013 in <strong data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"525\" data-is-only-node=\"\">18<\/strong> institutions (visually the ready meals do not correspond to the appearance specified in the technological cards);<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"816\"><strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"676\">The approved prospective menu is not followed<\/strong> \u2013 in <strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"687\" data-is-only-node=\"\">13<\/strong> institutions (absence or substitution of certain dishes was detected, as well as a mismatch of the net weight of ready portions with the prescribed norms).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"2160\">Following the inspection, specialists provided appropriate recommendations to those responsible for organizing meals so that the identified deficiencies are corrected and do not recur. The State Service emphasizes that monitoring of school meals in educational institutions continues.
