Model Diana Zotova from Mykolaiv returned to the show “The Bachelor” and became a contestant in the new season. She received an invitation from Viacheslav Kravtsov after a charity basketball game.
This is not the model’s first appearance on the project: she previously appeared on season 14. Afterward, Diana Zotova married footballer Mykola Kukharevych, but announced their breakup shortly afterward.
In the new episode, the contestants of “The Bachelor” played a charity game against a team of celebrities. The show’s team also included former contestants:
- Diana Zotova;
- Anastasiia Yuzvak.
After the game, Viacheslav Kravtsov said he wanted to invite one of the women to join the show, even though this went against the rules. He explained his choice of Diana as follows:
“From the first moment, I felt an energy that brought us together. She’s open and kind. I want to give these feelings a chance, and maybe something will come of it,” said Viacheslav Kravtsov.
The offer came as a surprise to Diana and made her nervous.
“Coming onto the show for a second time feels like a red flag to me. But I was intrigued by Slava. I see him as very sincere, kind, and open. He loves his daughter so much, and I really relate to his family values. For me, family is everything,” Diana explained.
The model admitted that she agreed impulsively rather than after giving it a lot of thought.
“You can’t step into the same river twice, but I’ll try,” Diana added.
The new contestant’s arrival shocked the other women on the show and displeased them. They began asking Diana a lot of questions, including reminding her that she had been married. She replied that she was already divorced and suggested that the other women saw her as a rival.
The STB website describes Diana Zotova as a professional model and calls her “a straight-A student in life.” Her sporting achievements include:
- she was a candidate for master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics;
- she was part of Ukraine’s Olympic reserve;
- she is a Ukrainian champion in ballroom dancing.
One of the model’s dreams is to buy a home for her family, as their own home was damaged in an explosion in Mykolaiv.
“Today, Diana works with well-known international brands and is also developing her own clothing brand with her mother and sister. She is one of five children in a large family raised by their mother alone. Thanks to the initiative of Diana and her siblings, their mother was awarded the “Mother Heroine” order,” reads the contestant’s profile on the STB website.
