Yellow alert: Mykolaiv region has been warned about strong winds

29 September in Mykolaiv and Mykolaiv Oblast a strengthening of the north-easterly wind is expected. Its gusts will reach 15–20 meters per second, reports the Mykolaiv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology. According to Telegram @mykolaiv_hmc.

Due to the hazardous meteorological phenomenon, forecasters have declared a yellow level of danger. Residents of the region are advised to take the weather conditions into account and be cautious during strong gusts.

Earlier, strong wind knocked down a dead tree near a children’s playground in Mykolaiv. It blocked passage in the courtyard.
