Almost 9 million for repair of roadways: Korabelna District Administration is looking for road workers

The Administration of the Korabelnyi District of the Mykolaiv City Council is seeking a contractor for the second phase of major repairs of interior courtyard driveways near the buildings No. 14, 14/1, 14/2, 16/1 and 16/2 on Okeanivska Street in Mykolaiv. The estimated procurement cost is 8,967,112 UAH.

The tender was announced on 31 August 2026. According to the procurement data, the contractor must repair 2,950.12 m² of interior courtyard driveways. The deadline for completion of the works is set to 31 December 2027. Bids will be accepted from participants until 15 September 2026, after which a winner should be determined.

This is already the second phase of the major repairs at these addresses. The Administration of the Korabelnyi District announced the first tender on 28 March 2025. On the district administration’s official website the procurement is listed as “Major repair of interior courtyard driveways on Okeanivska Street, 14, 14/1, 14/2, 16/1, 16/2 in the Korabelnyi district of the city of Mykolaiv. And the commissioning complex”.

The estimated cost of the first phase was 5,171,570 UAH, and the repair area was – 2,301 m². Only one participant entered the tender at that time – LLC “Bild Road”, with which a contract was signed for 5,156,089 UAH. The works were ordered to be completed by 31 December 2025.

According to Opendatabot, LLC “Bild Road” was registered in Mykolaiv on 12 March 2024, and its authorized capital is 100 thousand UAH. The company director is Pavlo Pavlovych Lavrentiev, and the founders are Dmytro Oleksandrovych Basystyi, Andrii Viktorovych Honcharenko and Andrii Mykolaiovych Hurko. The company’s main activity is construction of roads and highways.

Residents raised problems with the driveway near one of the buildings now included in the new tender as far back as last year. On 20 June 2025 a resident of the building at Okeanivska, 14/2 contacted the city Contact Center about large puddles near the entrance after rains. According to her, due to the lack of proper asphalt surfacing it was difficult for elderly people and mothers with baby strollers to leave the building. The request was then registered under number 58750.

Now the building No. 14/2, together with the neighboring No. 14, 14/1, 16/1 and 16/2, is included in the second phase of the major repairs. The winner of the new procurement has not yet been determined, so the actual cost of the works may change as a result of the tender.
