The proposals are expected to be drawn up at the beginning of next week and presented to the public
The Government of Ukraine is preparing a decision to update approaches to the curfew and citizens’ access to operational information about aerial threats. This was reported by the prime minister of Ukraine Serhiy Koretskyi.
According to him, the state must adapt the work of the government, the capital, the economy, and critical infrastructure to the new tactics of Russian attacks.
“Prolonged air-raid alerts affect not only people’s safety but also the operation of businesses, logistics, transport, schools, and kindergartens. The enemy is trying to paralyze economic activity, so our response algorithms must change,” the head of government said.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the government is developing solutions for enterprises and institutions that operate under different types of threats. Special attention is being given to organizing logistics, traffic movement, the operation of the metro, and other infrastructure facilities.
“Separately, we plan to review approaches to the curfew and citizens’ access to information about aerial threats — without additional security risks,” added Serhiy Koretskyi.
The necessary proposals are due to be prepared at the beginning of next week, after which they will be presented to the public and implementation will begin.
Recall that it was previously reported that the curfew in Ukraine would be eased and the details of that decision were announced.
