Russia struck Naftogaz facilities 13 times in a week
Some production capacity was shut down, output decreased
Over the past week Russian forces attacked the facilities of Group «Naftogaz» 13 times in various regions of Ukraine. As a result of the strikes some capacities were halted, and the company lost part of its production volumes.
As reported by «Naftogaz», the Russian army used drones and missiles for the attacks. One of the company’s assets sustained several strikes during the week.
Among the targets was the extraction infrastructure. The company reported serious damage to equipment and production capacities.
“There is serious destruction of equipment and production capacities. Operations at some facilities have been halted, and part of the production volumes have been lost,” — the statement from «Naftogaz» reads.
No company employees were injured during the attacks.
Overall, since the beginning of 2026 Russian forces have attacked the facilities of Group «Naftogaz» 293 times.
Earlier it was reported that on 5 July the Russian army carried out another massive strike on the group’s extraction facilities. At that time enterprises in Poltava region, Kharkiv region and Sumy region were under attack.
