In Mykolaiv Oblast, 22 fires were recorded; three of them were caused by drone attacks
Extinguishing fires in Kobleve and Blahodatne, covering a total area of more than 15 ha
On July 19 and during the night into the 20th, 22 fires were recorded in the Mykolaiv region. Three of them were caused by drone attacks, including a vehicle and areas of dry vegetation. All fires were extinguished by firefighters.
Two fires occurred in the residential sector: in the village of Kobleve in Mykolaiv district an outbuilding burned, and in the village of Blahodatne in Pervomaiskyi district — dry vegetation on the premises of a private household. The areas of these fires were 60 and 100 sq. m, respectively.
Other incidents included fires of dry grass, shrubs, crop residues and trash on open areas. The total area of the fires exceeded 15 hectares.
To extinguish the fires, 90 personnel of the State Emergency Service (DSNS) and 23 specialized vehicles were involved. Firefighters from the local fire guards of ‘Prybuzke’, ‘Oleksandrivka’, ‘Zavodske’, ‘Kobleve’ and ‘Vradiivka’ also assisted.
