Резерв+ experienced an outage this morning: the app is requesting a non-existent update, and users cannot log in
The developers did not state the reason or the restoration timeline; there is no new version on the App Store or Google Play
On the morning of April 1, a malfunction was reported in the Reserve+ app: the service is unavailable, and login attempts are blocked by a prompt to install an update that is not yet available.
Users are reporting the problems en masse on social media. According to them, authorization fails — the system won’t let them past a screen with a message about an allegedly outdated version.
When logging in, the app displays the following standard warning:
“Oh no! You have an outdated version of the app. Update Reserve+ to use all the new features”
At the same time, the new version is not yet in the app stores, so installing the update is impossible.
The reasons for the technical glitch have not been disclosed. The developers also have not provided an estimated timeline for restoring the service.
