Russia launched 4,416 drones against the right-bank part of Kherson Oblast over the week; the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized 95%

In the right-bank part of Kherson Oblast during the week of 23–29 March, a sharp rise in Russian drone attacks was recorded: in total the enemy launched 4416 FPV drones and UAVs, and Ukrainian units neutralized about 95% of them. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to the head of the OVA, that number of launches on the right bank exceeded the previous week’s figure by 1000. The enemy struck most intensively at the city of Kherson — 2121 launches were recorded there.

Defense Forces units destroyed or suppressed the operation of 4202 enemy UAVs, of which 2061 were within the Kherson hromada. In total, Ukrainian forces neutralized about 95% of all enemy UAVs launched during the week.

Kherson OVA also published an infographic showing the distribution of attacks across the oblast’s districts and the dynamics of launches over the week.

The spokesman for the 30th Marine Corps of the Ukrainian Navy, Pavlo Drohal, reported that alongside the air terror the invaders tried to push Ukrainian defenders out of their positions. During the week the enemy carried out 8 assault attempts, but each one was repelled.
