Illegal traders were caught again in the Korablev District: 14 reports have already been filed
The materials concerning the violators have already been sent to the administrative commissions
Between April 6 and 10, 2026 specialists from the Trade and Entrepreneurship Coordination Department of the Korabelnyi District Administration conducted raids to inspect locations of unauthorized street trading within the district.
The purpose of the inspections was to prevent the placement of illegal trading outlets at problematic addresses. These are the sites at Metallurhiv St., 28–36, Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 311 and Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 342.
As a result of these operations, specialists drew up 14 reports under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. This article relates to violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of settlement improvement, as well as rules for territory maintenance.
The materials regarding the violators have already been sent to the administrative commissions at the offenders’ places of residence. Those commissions will decide on bringing them to administrative liability.
