At the Bucha RTsK and SP in Kyiv Oblast, the entire staff of servicemembers together with the leadership were seconded to combat units, which was the result of a corruption scandal in 2024.
The large-scale personnel changes were reported by the deputy head of the Bucha RTsK and SP, Andriy Yevtushenko, during a meeting of the parliamentary temporary investigative commission on Wednesday, 8 April. The speech is available in a video recording at the link: YouTube.
One hundred percent of the military personnel were transferred to combat units
According to Yevtushenko, after that a complete personnel renewal took place. Currently, the RTsK and SP staff, excluding the guard platoon, lists 44 servicemembers.
He also emphasized the sudden formation of a new management team and recalled when he himself was appointed to the post.
