Informal street trading has grown again in the Korablevnyi district: 12 reports filed in a week
The materials were forwarded to the administrative commissions
From 30 March – 3 April 2026, specialists from the Department of Trade and Entrepreneurship Coordination of the Administration of the Korabelnyi District of Mykolaiv conducted raids to inspect locations of informal street trading. The purpose of the inspections was to prevent the placement of illegal trading outlets within the district.
Raids were carried out at several addresses where the problem of informal street trading regularly occurs. These are:
- Samoylovycha St., 24;
- Metalurhiv St., 28-36;
- Okeanivska St., 31;
- Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 311;
- Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 342.
As a result of the operation, specialists drew up 12 protocols under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (КУпАП). This article concerns violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of settlement improvement, as well as the rules governing the upkeep of territories.
All collected materials were forwarded to the administrative commissions at the offenders’ places of residence. It is there that decisions on bringing them to administrative liability will be made.
