Deputy Panchenko held two positions at city hall

The Mykolaiv City Council deputy and head of the budget committee, Fedir Panchenko, in 2025 worked at the Mykolaiv city hall simultaneously in two positions: assistant to the mayor and chief specialist of the department for organizing defense and mobilization work and interaction with law enforcement agencies. These data are reflected in his income declaration for 2025.

For the year he declared a salary of 294 965 UAH, which equals slightly more than 24 thousand per month. The specialist position in the mobilization department carries the right to exemption and deferment from mobilization.

Among the declared property is an apartment of 67,7 sq. m, as well as cars Daewoo Nexia (1996) and Hyundai Tucson (2021). His wife Tetiana uses a Volkswagen Beetle (2012).

Panchenko is the owner of LLC «ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИЙ ЦЕНТР ПРАВОВОГО ЗАХИСТУ ОД ЛЕГЕМ», registered in Kyiv.

In addition to salary, in 2025 he received insurance payments totaling 103 242 UAH, as well as funds under a court decision as compensation from a citizen — 25 536 UAH.

His wife Tetiana declared earnings at the «Mykolaiv Sea Commercial Port» — 291 064 UAH for the year, social assistance for a child — 5160 UAH and payments from the union — 14497 UAH. Income from entrepreneurial activity amounted to 24500 UAH.

The declarant’s cash savings are 100 000 UAH, and there is another 14 665 UAH in a bank account. At the same time, since 2021 he has had a loan of 329 405 UAH.
