• Residential house in Mykolaiv — 176.7 m² (acquired in 2013 for 250,000 UAH)
• Land plot in the Konstantynivska community — 71,813 m² (purchased in 2020)

• Toyota Prado (2020) — acquired in 2023 for 1.7 million UAH
• Mercedes S (2008) — acquired in 2024 for 320,000 UAH
