The Territorial Defense is launching personalized recruitment in every regional center
The network has been expanded to all regional centers and major cities; candidates receive individual support
The Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have deployed a network of recruiting sites in all regional centers and major cities and have introduced individual support for candidates at all stages, from consultation to undergoing the military medical commission and job placement; the 4th Recruiting Center of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this update.
Recruiters provide explanations on the most common military registration issues: canceled reservations, unextended deferrals, and markings in the “Reserve+” app. Consultations are available daily by phone at 0 800 505 163. Thanks to access to the “Oberih” registry, specialists can check a candidate’s status without contacting the TCC and SP.
During the initial interview, specialists analyze the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and health status and suggest appropriate service directions. The Territorial Defense Forces emphasize that personal data are not transferred to third parties, and every step of the process is accompanied by an assigned recruiter who accompanies the candidate from the first contact to the assignment of a position.
For undergoing the military medical commission, candidates can expect help collecting the necessary medical documents and accompaniment at every stage. The medical service of the recruiting centers is involved in this work, which speeds up and streamlines the procedures.
Those wishing to join the military are offered the choice of format: mobilization or contract service. Recruiters explain in detail the terms of different contracts for youth, enlisted personnel and non-commissioned officers, as well as officers. Separate programs “Contract 18–24” and “Contract 18–24: Drones” operate, which provide financial bonuses and grant a deferment after completion of service.
You can get a consultation and schedule an interview by phone: 0 800 505 163.
