A Russian drone struck the TCK building in Sumy; people have been injured
An attack by strike drones was confirmed by local sources and authorities; cleanup of the aftermath and verification of information are ongoing
In Sumy, Russian forces struck the building of the territorial center for recruitment and social support (ТЦК) with an attack drone, local sources and officials reported.
According to information from the Sumy Regional Military Administration, the target was an administrative building in the Zarichnyi district of the city.
At least two people were injured as a result of the attack. Among the injured is a 16-year-old boy who was near the blast site; he was hospitalized.
A woman who sustained injuries during the strike was also taken to the hospital.
As reported by the head of the city military administration, Serhii Kryvosheienko, both victims were initially thought to have been at a public transport stop at the time of the impact.
Residential infrastructure was damaged by the blast wave.
