The security situation is affecting transport connections: in the Mykolaiv region, a number of suburban trains have once again been temporarily canceled
Passengers are advised to monitor schedule updates
Due to security circumstances from March 17 to 20, 2026 the operation of several suburban trains in the Mykolaiv region is temporarily suspended. An alternative bus service between Mykolaiv and Snihurivka will be organized for passengers.
This was reported on March 16 by Ukrzaliznytsia.
Which services are suspended from March 17
From March 17 the following suburban trains will be temporarily suspended:
№6322 Mykolaiv-Vantazhny – Bila Krynytsia
№6324 Mykolaiv-Vantazhny – Apostolove
Which services will not run from March 18
From March 18 the movement of two more services will be suspended:
№6321 Bila Krynytsia – Mykolaiv-Vantazhny
№6323 Apostolove – Mykolaiv-Vantazhny
Bus alternative for passengers
To allow passengers to reach the necessary settlements, bus service will be introduced on the section between Mykolaiv and Snihurivka.
Buses will run:
Snihurivka – Mykolaiv: hourly from 06:30 to 16:30
Mykolaiv – Snihurivka: hourly from 07:30 to 19:30
Additional changes from March 19–20
From March 19 the following trains will also be temporarily cancelled:
№6314 Mykolaiv-Vantazhny – Dolynska
№6313 Dolynska – Mykolaiv-Vantazhny
№6317 Mykolaiv-Vantazhny – Dolynska
And from March 20 the following will not run:
№6318 Dolynska – Mykolaiv-Vantazhny
Railway workers report that the situation is under control and everything is being done to restore the normal train schedule as soon as possible. Passengers are asked to follow updates on official resources and take the changes into account when planning trips.
