The new head of the institution is Judge Lyudmyla Semenova; her term has been set at three years
At Vytovskyi District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast a meeting of judges took place, during which they appointed a new head of the institution. The session was held on March 13, 2026 in courtroom No. 1. Decisions were made by secret ballot, as required by law.
As a result of the vote, the head of the court was elected: Judge Lyudmyla Mykhailivna Semenova. She will lead the court for three years or until the end of her judicial powers — whichever comes first.
According to legislation, the head of a local court is elected by the judges themselves by a majority of their membership. The procedure is carried out exclusively by secret ballot. These rules are provided for in Part 3 of Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”.
